Director Investor Relations & Fundraising (m/w/d)

As Director Investor Relations & Fundraising (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our capital market strategy and the relationship with investors. You control the optimization of existing structures and introduce innovative approaches in fundraising and financial strategy to advance the 123 Invest Group. What awaits you: Capital markets & fundraising: Responsibility for the structuring and placement of bonds and other capital market measures, focusing on the shift of private investors to institutional investors.

Establishment and distribution of a fund structure in the field of quantitative absolute return strategies, including consultation of professional investors (MiFID II).

Optimization of Investor Relations Communication: Creating high-quality materials such as presentations, videos, slides and other means of communication, implementing roadshows and digital formats as well as maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Strategic initiatives: Further development of existing sources of funding such as bonds and funds, as well as the development of innovative approaches to effective capital creation.

Development of financial strategies for expansion, with direct influence on the future of the group of companies.

Parallel to the further development and expansion of funds and bonds, you are working on the development of additional funding opportunities, such as Growth Capital, and thus actively contribute to the diversification and long-term stability of our financing strategy.

Leadership & Team Leadership: Head of the Investor Relations and Institutional Sales Team, focusing on building, further development and securing success.

Promoting a culture of innovation and cooperation, closely linked with data science, trading and operations.

Experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in the capital market (e.g. private equity, investment banking, asset management) with a focus on investor relations and fundraising.

Funded knowledge in capital market regulations (e.g. securities prospectus, relevant EU regulations) and in dealing with professional investors.

Leadership & Personality: Detectable successes in the leadership of teams and the development of innovative financing strategies.

Communication strength and ability to build trusting relationships with investors.

Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality to achieve goals strategically and operatively.

Analytics, Sales & Innovation: Embossed analytical skills combined with experience in sales and data-driven decision-making.
