Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Project Manager TGA, you are responsible for the project management of major projects (e.g. power plants, energy centers, data centers) in the field of technical building equipment.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Together with their project team, you will develop large-scale TGA projects (new building/stock) primarily in the field of power plants, energy centers, data centers etc.
• You are first contact for our customers in the project and take over the lead
• In addition to negotiations with customers and suppliers, the project team (special project managers, project engineers, system planners, construction managers, etc.) and bring the project together to success
• You estimate the project risks and monitor them
• Also critical project situations analyze and initiate appropriate measures both economically, technically and in terms of safety at work
• In addition to the responsibility for contract management, you will ensure the technical handling, project implementation and commissioning of the plants up to the customer's acceptance

Your profile - you should bring:

• Study of supply technology, electrical engineering or related areas - alternatively completed training in one of these areas with corresponding master/technical further education
• Multiannual professional experience in the management of large-scale projects in plant engineering / TGA or the construction industry (e.g. general contractors)
• Knowledge of how to use common project management methods such as IPMA/ GPM or PMI desirable
• Analytical skills paired with economic and strategic thinking and acting
• Safe handling of MS Office and MS Project as well as reliable knowledge of German and English driving licence of class B and the accompanying readiness to travel in the NRW region
