Leitung Asset Management Operational Technology (OT) & ISMS * (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic development of OT-assesets and OT-systems for resilient operation of the power and gas networks – including measurement, protection and control technology, process data technology (OT-Networks) and ISMS and cyber security. You will lead the teams “Asset Management OT” and “OT projects and innovations” directly and personally and will also be responsible for the team “Information Security ISMS”. With around 50 employees, you develop organisation, competencies and culture and shape the OT and cyber security strategy. You will see the interface on security-related topics with the company security of the HanseWerk Group, the ISMS organisation of E.ON SE and with authorities (e.g. BSI). You are actively working in the asset management of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH and in the E.ON Group and are responsible for the budgets of all OT projects and measures together with the OT disciplines. You cooperate with other E.ON distribution network operators throughout the group to successfully implement projects such as the standardization of OT assets, protection and control technology, SCADA and Redispatch. You represent the strategic interests of the HanseWerk Group and E.ON SE to partners, suppliers and service providers. You have a completed university degree in (economic) engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable qualification. You have multi-year leadership experience in the field of OT technology, protection and control technology, platforms and communication networks, and bringing sound knowledge of system management and asset management. You have extensive experience with KRITIS operators' OT systems. You have a strong understanding of asset management, investments and planning processes. You are inspired by your team with a clear vision, live values and quickly build sustainable relationships with colleagues, customers and service providers. You actively promote changes, think entrepreneurially and work as a team player across corporate boundaries – especially in the E.ON Group. You can communicate safely in German and English.
