Technical training in a TGA factory, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic refrigeration technology, electronics engineer for energy and building technology, heating system builder or comparable Ideally multi-year experience in technical building equipment and cross-sector knowledge First experience in plant acquisition and implementation of the CAFMsystem desirable Willingness to further education in other trades and computer sciences Car driver's license and regional readiness Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) Safe handling of mobile devices and modern software solutions Own initiative and independent and structured working methods
