You offer phone support in 1st and 2nd level for our customers: You analyze and solve technical problems in the field of energy management You advise and support the installation and use of our hardware and software solutions You document customer requests and solutions You work closely with the development team to continuously optimize our products

You have a completed training as an electrician:in, computer scientist:in or in a related area, preferably focusing on electrical engineering, regenerative energies or plant automation You do not need a deep knowledge of computer science, but IT basics are beneficial Ideally, you have experience with remote-acting connections from network operators, but this is not a must You have basic knowledge in IT networks that are of advantage You are strong in communication and able to work at the interface between customers and IT You have experience in dealing with customers:inside and good communication skills
