Your tasks: Advice on timetables and fares as well as the sale of tickets are among your most important activities Telephone as well as written customer contacts in the service center are supervised by you You take the arrival and departure control of the passengers as well as the departure at the gate The organization, disposition and coordination of the baggage and parcel service falls within your task area Group registrations are organized by you, and you will also help the back office with online bookings and refunds The retention and settlement of revenues are carried out by you in compliance with all requirements

Your profile: A completed commercial training and first professional experience in the field of sales or customer service are ideally brought with you A safe handling of office applications and a good technical understanding facilitate your daily work You enjoy direct customer contact, work service-oriented and stay friendly and professional even in stressful situations Flexibility is obvious for you – you work at the opening hours and at the departure times of the ships Good German language skills allow you to communicate with our passengers Your place of residence is the island of Wangerooge, alternatively you bring the willingness to place your residence on the island
