Mechanical processing of multilayers and microwave substrates by drilling and milling as well as operating, programming (2D/3D) and brushing of CNC drilling/milling machines including X-RAY drilling machine Manual and automated checks on drilling and milling operations and evaluation of X-RAY results Self-maintaining and maintenance of machines and monitoring and control of tools and measuring equipment used Self-employed material and tool disposition and provision of the required manufacturing documents Edit partially predefined CNC programs and optimize programs to reduce program runtime Measuring the material distortion and calculating and adapting the resulting modified milling data

You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), precision mechanic (m/w/d) or microtechnolog (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in mechanical manufacturing are available Experience in PCB production is absolutely necessary Programming skills in CNC-controlled machining systems are required Safe handling of hazardous substances is assumed German language skills C1 and advanced English skills B2 are required In addition, the willingness to work in the 2-shift system (spring/spring) as well as on occasional Saturday work must be given.
