For our customers, an internationally active company from the electrical industry based in Gütersloh, we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d). The place is to be occupied in parttime at 15 to 17 hours per week at the earliest possible time during the transfer of workers. You take independent calls from customers and service technicians

You collect and identify incoming fault messages structured

You run phone calls with customers, document them and keep consultation with specialist departments

You start offerings based on existing price lists

You plan and dispose dates for our service technicians

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

You bring professional experience in sales or in a sales area with

You convince with strong communication and team skills and negotiation skills

You are customer-oriented, work structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations
