Real Estate Accountant - Condominium Administration / Billing (m/f/d)

You will start annual accounts, especially for housing owners You develop business plans together with the object management You take care of the accounting of maintenance measures and keep the reserves in mind You prepare sales tax advances and work closely with the tax advisor You are responsible for the monthly target position for our properties

You have a completed commercial training with accounting background in the real estate industry or as a real estate business (m/w/d) You are welcome when you get fresh from training, or have many years of experience You have a good understanding of numbers and you like to work structured You are safe to handle Microsoft 365 You have ideally worked with housing software You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
