You conduct our M&A projects independently or in the team in all forms and sizes (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, stressed M&A in complex special situations) and develop optimal transaction structures. Your area of responsibility includes the entire M&A process, from the start-up and evaluation to first offers to the detailed due diligence and the purchase contract negotiations, as well as final signing and closing. In particular, you will immerse yourself in the finance components (GuV/Bilance/Cashflow Analyses, Business Plans, Company Reviews, Purchase Price Mechanisms) and overall picture the bracket across all workstreams, including the operationally responsible business field manager. You will also communicate with potential sellers, buyers or partners as well as their consultants. After completing the M&A project, you will also participate in managing post-Merger integration activities. The active target search (classical and by means of online demiurcing platforms), contact management in our consultant network to fill the pipeline of potential M&A projects, as well as reporting and decision templates on M&A projects for the Management Board and Supervisory Board complete your task profile. M&A-close Management/CFO projects are also exciting challenges.

Successfully completed study of economics with a financial focus. 3-5 years of professional practice in the field of M&A, preferably in an international company or consultancy firm. Finded knowledge in the fields of GuV and balance sheet analysis, company assessment, purchase price mechanism, due diligence, and ideally in contract and tax law regarding relevant M&A regulations. Uncomplicated communication in the team, as well as all stakeholders in the M&A process in non-negotiable German and English. Self-working, team spirit and a high level of commitment.
