Asset- und Configuration Manager (m/w/d)

For our Service Management Team we are looking for an asset and configuration manager (m/w/d), who is responsible for documenting the knowledge about all relevant configuration items and for managing their life cycles. Together we develop innovative solutions in the field of insurance and shape the IT processes of the future in the field of governance and compliance.

Leading design of the processes and guidelines of asset and configuration management Conception of data architecture and inventory as well as maintenance of Configuration Items in the ServiceNow CMDB Consideration and evaluation of IT assets throughout the lifecycle Ensure the data quality of the data stored in the ServiceNow CMDB to provide valid data for IT control and ITIL processes Creation of reports based on existing data structures

Professional experience in asset and configuration management, preferably in an IT landscape in the mixing operation between on-prem and cloud Ability to understand cross-border relationships in IT, analyze them across platforms and systems, evaluate them qualitatively and develop solutions from them Good process design knowledge Knowledge in ITIL or other service management frameworks, in particular in relation to the ITAM/SCM process according to ITIL (preferably certified) Experiences with ServiceNow and BMC Discovery are desirable Experience in dealing with different stakeholders An independent, structured and careful operation
