We are looking for a dedicated and experienced building manager (m/w/d) with a focus on natural stone processing and laying. You take responsibility at the construction site and ensure a smooth running of our high-quality natural stone projects.

Your tasks: Responsible management and monitoring of natural stone projects in the indoor and outdoor areas

Coordination and management of construction staff and subcontractors

Planning and control of workflows and material disposition

Control of quality, dates and costs

Technical coordination with clients, architects and planners

Documentation and reporting to management

Complete training in construction, ideally with further training to the technician, master or construction manager

Knowledge of natural stone laying/working

Experience in building management or project coordination

Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation

Safe occurrence, enforcement and communication strength

Driving licence class B required

Continuous permanent employment in full-time (40 hours/week)
