You are responsible for the operational processes in the Booking Data Entry team, which you have conducted professionally and in a disciplined manner, and then you are instructing your course to contribute to the achievement of our corporate goals. You proactively analyze the existing structures and processes to continuously improve them and thus provide our customers with a high quality customer journey. Promote the personal development of your employees, provide support and contribute to the motivation of your team. You support your team in day-to-day business, e.g. in the revision of incoming bookings and in the quality analysis of the bookings, in order to improve them in close cooperation with customers. You promote cooperation and coordination between your team and the teams in the Shared Service Center

You are a shipping businessman (m/w/d), a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or you have completed another commercial training or study, with a focus on logistics, and brings well-founded professional experience in the logistics sector. Do you want to take the first steps with leadership responsibility or do you already have experience in personnel management? You have fun thinking analytic and driving developments forward. You also have good knowledge of German and English.
