Self-working of development projects Development and standardization of plant concepts Further development of plant planning processes (RI flow chart, piece lists, etc.) Implementation of new refrigeration functions Production optimization Care and optimization of the product portfolio Close coordination with suppliers regarding product innovations and quality problems

Completed training as a mechatronic operator for refrigeration technology (m/w/d) as far as possible with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d), preferably with the field of refrigeration/air conditioning. Alternatively, a completed study in the field of refrigeration technology or mechanical engineering Affinity for MSR and electrical engineering Insufficient experience in refrigeration and climate, as well as pronounced commercial and technical understanding Knowledge and experience with natural refrigerants and industry-standard design software are desirable Communicative skill and solution-oriented thinking Impressed ability to work independently into new technical areas Self-employed, reliable and structured work
