Solution design with functional depth: Based on your well-founded WMS and intralogistics know-how, you analyze the operational storage processes and IT landscapes of potential customers and develop tailor-made solution concepts for LEA Reply Pitches and product demos: You prepare convincing presentations and software demonstrations and perform them – remotely or locally – directly with new prospects and inventory customers. Results, requirements and next steps you document structured in our CRM system Consultancy and support for sales: You qualify sales opportunities together with the sales team and develop solutions to win tenders and complex customer requirements Offer creation: In cooperation with the sales team, you will create technical and commercial offers that meet the individual requirements of the customers Technical support in the sales cycle: You support potential customers in technical and functional issues along the entire sales process – from initial contact to conclusion of the contract Market and competition analysis: You follow trends in the logistics & supply chain software market and position the added value of our solution convincingly against competitors Care and development of customer relationships: With technical expertise and strategic advice, you contribute to long-term customer loyalty – also beyond the conclusion of the contract Your knowledge of intralogistics and your creative solutions helps to further develop our product and expand the added value of our system

We look forward to your successfully completed studies in (economic) informatics, logistics, industrial engineering or in another relevant field of study You bring multi-year, practical experience with warehouse management systems – from implementation, functional consulting, key-user-activity or product management – and understand first-hand operative warehouse processes and solution design You are well-founded in consulting logistics and IT projects and in the application of agile and classic methods; ideally you have already gained practical experience in corresponding projects You convince with your communication strength, analyse complex requirements securely and work successfully with technical and professional teams Your strong focus on earnings and your commitment to recognizing, developing and successfully implementing sales opportunities are the key You have a strong technical understanding of complex software products and SaaS solutions and ideally experience in handling CRM/sales software Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English as well as readiness to travel complete your profile
