Full-time employee for our workshop reception (m/f/d)

Workshop acceptance & customer advice: You are the first contact for our workshop customers, take repair and inspection orders together with the customer and advises on sensible repairs, inspections and services.

Schedule: You can arrange workshop appointments personally or by phone and coordinate them together with our workshop team.

Vehicle transfer: You return finished bikes and e-bikes to our customers, explain the work done, answer questions and collect the invoice amount.

Spare parts sales: You advise customers when buying spare parts and accessories and find the right solution together.

Complaint processing: You are a contact person for complaints and are transferred between customer, workshop and manufacturer. In difficult situations, you also keep a cool head and find a fair and customer-oriented solution together with all stakeholders.

Basic technical understanding or interest in bicycles and e-bikes.

A completed training in retail, technical or first experience in customer service is advantageous.
