We are looking for a responsible personality with organizational vision for the Department of Weapons, Hunting and Trade at the next possible time, for our Office of Law, Order and Transport, which is ready for an extensive task and strong decisions, as

senior specialist*in

in commercial and hunting law

THE GESTALS:

• Processing of procedures according to the trade order (e.g. authorizations, sub-agents),
• Processing of procedures under the Surveillance Regulation;
• Professional consultancy and supervision over local commercial offices,
• Establishing markets,
• Editing procedures in hunting law (e.g. hunting certificates, state recognitions),
• Participation in wildlife management measures,
• Deputy Head of Division.

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Completed studies as Bachelor of Arts Public Management, training as a management specialist* in (AG II) or equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience in public service,
• good oral and written expressiveness,
• readiness to use and good judgment and enforcement,
• Pleasure of independent activity as well as team spirit,
• readiness for occasional external services and on-site checks,
• Experiences in commercial and general law are advantageous.

THE RECOMMENDATION OF UNS:

• An indefinite working relationship in the employee or Staff relationship, depending on qualifications and professional experience, up to 9c TVöD or grade A 11, in full or part-time (at least 70 %),
