Own support of residential and commercial properties Rental contract management incl. creation of rental increases Place dates and visits of the objects Monitoring of rental payments Perform all correspondence with clients, tenants, utilities and authorities Compilation and verification of additional cost accounting Contracts for services and services Processing insurance damage Ordering small repairs and organizing major maintenance measures Accountant tasks including auditing and auditing Decrease and transfer of residential and commercial units Creating budget plans and reporting to property owners
