Your future job:

For our customer Airbus Helicopters, you are a specialist in export control (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Self-administering, monitoring and application of permits under the Foreign Trade Act, War Weapons Control Act and US (Re)export Law and Documentation of the corresponding examination and administration processes
• Enforcement and implementation of the prescribed procedures in the field of external trade and arms law, in particular the release of shipments or Delivery or Transaction stop, inspections, audits etc.
• Examination of the company's obligations to comply with the requirements of statutory regulations, approval decisions and internal service and organisational instructions
• Record the relevant data, run lists, requirements, quantity, value and date tracking, reporting
• Determine and evaluate identification data for export control and wararms administration Revision and control of the prohibitions, bids and permits for internal compliance, early warning
• Cooperation with the technical examiners on listing

Your profile:

• Complete study of the field of business management, economics, technical studies or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in IT / Information Systems, Project Management or as a specialist specialist
• Multiannual professional experience with export control processes
• Knowledge in the Foreign Trade Act, War Weapons Control Act, US Export Law (ITAR, EAR)
