We are an internationally active group of suppliers for the construction and commercial vehicle industry with works in various European countries. At the location in Elsterheide we produce approx. 70,000 tons of sphero casting. We supply both raw and processed parts and complete assemblies to well-known customers in Germany and abroad. In order to strengthen our sales in the foundry of Elsterheide, we have to occupy the following position: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Collection of customer orders and frame calls, planning and confirmation of delivery dates Monitoring of order status and coordination with customers and internal contact persons Processing of customer complaints and coordination of measures for problem solving Creating reports on ordering behavior for internal analysis and improving own processes Close cooperation with Key Account Manager in operational customer support and internal supply chain management Data collection and master data management in the EDV

Completed commercial vocational training Professional experience in sales service or comparable activity with corresponding references High communication and team capability Friendly and sympathetic handling of customers Secure appearance and negotiation skills Self-employed work and organizational talent Very good English skills (B1, B2) Good MS Office knowledge
