Employee Ordering-Operating Technology (m/f/d)

You take the demand determination of spare parts and the acquisition of suppliers You are responsible for picking up offers, carrying out orders, maintaining delivery deadlines and placing spare parts in stock You are responsible for ordering and supporting external service providers You tax the booking and management of internal and external work reports in the ERP system You control the material requirement and coordinate the purchases You are responsible for the stock and take over the monitoring You process the complaints, check the invoices and ask the database in the ERP system You set up maintenance plans and coordinate them

You have successfully completed a technical training You already have experiences in purchasing and warehouse management, ideally in a food area You have negotiating skills and communication strength You draw from a structured way of working and an analytical mindset You have an enforcement capability and are a good organizational talent You have a class B licence and have good German language skills in Word & Writing (German B1)
