For our diocesan office in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a youth assistant (m/w/d) in full time – for the Malteser Youth and the School Medical Service in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg.

You build new groups of the Maltese youth and the school sanity service and accompany them with heart and know-how You organize exciting leisure activities such as camps, social activities and network meetings – and make community experienceable You plan and guide training for our group leaders (m/w/d) – so that they can safely and motivately complete their role You connect with schools, parishes and other youth workers – and bring fresh wind into cooperation You also carry out organizational tasks – so that everything goes round in the background

A completed study in the field of social education, social work or a comparable qualification First experiences in the (Church) child and youth work or youth association work Ideally first leadership experience Flexibility for use in the evening or weekend Knowledge of first aid is a plus Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B Our Christian-Catholic values shape our daily action.
