Stellv. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The family and youth department (ASD) includes eleven, soon twelve decentralized advisory centres. These support mothers and fathers, young people, single persons and couples. The high-level task of child protection is also anchored there. The department also includes the WJH-Controlling department, fees and advice as well as quality management.

In the absence of the management, they act as a representative of the departmental management and take over all the tasks associated with it within the framework of the supervision of the service and the supervision of the department. They shall exercise the supervision of the service and specialist over the bodies of quality management They support department management in the strategic planning and technical development of all department-relevant topics, including the specialist base, as well as in the planning and implementation of needs-oriented projects They process organisational and professional tasks and inquiries to the department management on a daily basis and create, inter alia, municipal council templates, opinions, cooperation agreements and other technical documentation and prepare controlling data They are responsible for the subject and cooperation with schools, including the State School Office and the Rector Together with the Head of Division, they ensure that cooperation is carried out at the interface with other offices within the administration (e.g. the Office for Social Affairs and Participation, Jobcenter, Health Office) and outside the administration (e.g. cooperation with the children's and youth psychiatry and the Stuttgarter Ordnungspartnerschaft against domestic violence)

a study of social work or Social education with state recognition, a study from the field of education and Psychology or other employees with comparable skills and experience as much as possible management experience in the field of youth assistance Experience in social-spatial work and sound knowledge of child and youth aid law are desirable strong communication, cooperation and conflictability as well as sense of responsibility for the overall performance in the department Knowledge of municipal administrative structures and political bodies with the associated decision-making paths good expressiveness in word and writing in the German language
