As a vehicle manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz AG is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. The Center RD/E is a test and competence center in Research & Development and is responsible for the construction of development units and for the Powertrain test field. Along the product development process, RD/EPM is responsible for the complete hardware process chain for the drive development RD/E from procurement logistics to assembly up to testing in the test field or Vehicle integration. This includes the entire range of conventional and alternative drive technologies. Are you interested in the world of vehicle mobility and would you like to know the latest technologies in the field of development equipment? Then we are looking for you to make an active contribution to the planning and implementation of the prototype setup program in the context of your mandatory internship! You participate in the project management of the procurement of prototype parts as well as in the control of the setup program and assist in the realization of the new product portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Cars. These challenges come to you: You will get the opportunity to actively participate in the development of new and pioneering drive systems and to get to know innovative technologies close to the skin.

You organize and conduct regular team and external meetings.

You take responsibility and proactive tasks in the field of component management and ensure their successful implementation.

You support the control during daily operational work.

You actively support team management in administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient organization of everyday work.

Course in Economic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Working hours: 35h/week
