Permanent management of the Kindertagestätte Gartenstadt with a total of up to 100 children to be cared for from one year to the schooling Use in the different educational fields as well as active design and implementation of the open concept and participation Implementation and further development of the concept and the child protection concept Support the management in the case of administrative tasks and take over the spectrum of tasks in the absence of the management Co-operate with the caregivers, the parent advisory board, internal and external professionals as well as other institutions, especially in the district

Qualification as a pedagogical specialist in accordance with § 9 (2) NKitaG (educators:inside or childhood education:inside, social education:inside, medical education:inside, medical education:inside, each with state recognition) well-founded expertise in the need-oriented pedagogy in the elementary field as well as experience and identification with a culture-sensitive pedagogy Experience in the takeover of leadership responsibility, including safe operational decision-making Knowledge of team development and the ability to constructively resolve conflicts and act solution-oriented Commitment, reliability and joy in accompanying and promoting children
