Employee Personnel Development (m/w/d)

We are looking for the Schulverwaltungsamt der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely. The staff team takes care of and is committed to over 1,000 employees of the school administration staff. Our employees combine five exciting professional groups: indoor administration, school secretariat staff, school housemasters, nurses and nursing staff. We have already been able to introduce great formats and implement projects for personnel development and maintenance. Now we are looking for you to advance the topics together in tandem and develop your own ideas.

You advise executives on personnel development and training topics in the office Continuously analyze individual personnel development and training needs and develop your own proposals You are responsible for the design and support of amtsspecific personnel development projects or Subprojects with personnel development reference In connection with central personnel development concepts (WEK-Workshops, Goodwork@LHS) you take on moderations and workshops You take part in the internal committees when the focus is on personnel development issues The processing and evaluation of decentralized data in relation to personnel development topics (e.g. management training, employee-year discussions, training data, personnel report) is also part of your tasks A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A degree as a Bachelor of Arts Public Management or administrative specialist (e.g. employee training II) or A degree in human resources development, HR management, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree You bring a convincing appearance and like to talk to groups Structure working and high team and communication skills
