Working students for building technology (m/f/d)

The department is responsible for the repair and project implementation in the field of building technology over the entire range of services of the HOAI (honorar order for architects and engineering services). In a team of about 20 people, you will be involved in all topics relating to sanitary, heating and ventilation technology. You support technical building management in the organization and coordination of maintenance measures In doing so, you help with the performance of the operator's obligations, in particular with the statutory audit and documentation requirements You accompany ongoing projects in the areas of sanitary, heating, ventilation and refrigeration, as well as in the building machines Your participation is in demand in the planning, implementation and follow-up of technical measures The team is looking forward to assisting you in the analysis of technical equipment, the maintenance of inventory documents and in the preparation of tenders and awards

at least 12 months in the current study programme with a focus on building technology, supply technology, facility management or mechanical engineering very good German knowledge (min. language level C1 according to reference frame) In addition we look forward to very good knowledge of MS Office first insights into the HOAI Practical experience in building technology
