The predominant girl's living at the city forest in Marburg is a follow-up to the business "offerings for girls" and young women "*/(Heil-)Pädagogisches Riding" and offers 6 young women's opportunities in their own homes and/or WGs to self-employed. On the basis of § 34 SGB VIII, possibly i.V.m. §§ 41, 35a SGB VIII, we accompany and advise young women on their very individual path.

Care periods are mainly in the afternoon area and in the evening.

♪ These are your tasks as a female social education specialist (d/m/w)

• Individual counselling for young women* for life and conflict management within the care system, as well as support outside the protection area
• administrative tasks, such as reporting and application, joint service plan design, responsibility of assigned financial resources.
• Support for young women in the development of life and career prospects and in their practical realization.
• Promoting the independent and responsible way of life of young women, e.g. in building and maintaining social contacts, in dealing with money, leisure behaviour, in contact with authorities, etc.
• Development promotion of individual young women* through joint reflection of individual biography and socialisation.
• Support in all forms of crises, conflicts and difficult situations of life.
• Case documentation in the form of daily and material reports.
• Coordination of cooperation with parents, youth offices, schools, training establishments, doctors, therapists and other contact persons.
• Participation in regular team and service meetings, specialist consulting, supervisions as well as sector-specific conferences, exam days.

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
