With 70 hotel rooms and 10 meeting rooms for up to 235 conference participants, we offer a modern and professional ambience. For our restaurant we are looking for a cook/cook as Demi Chef de Partie at the earliest possible time, at the latest in spring.

Your activity

• Designed to work closely with the Chef de Partie and your kitchen team, you professionally manage this in representation and coordinate it so that a smooth daily routine is guaranteed.
• All dishes served both à la carte and in the buffet area are created with great enthusiasm and the intention to present fine delicacies to our guests every day.
• Through your precise and conscientious procedure, you will comply with all prescribed hygiene regulations and directives.
• They are also responsible for ensuring that organisational and work processes work perfectly within the kitchen operation.
• Raw materials and products treat you with the utmost care, control them to the best quality and, of course, pay attention to a cost-conscious use.
• Finally, take over the task of the layer line.
