Senior Availability and Capacity Manager (w/m/d) (in Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Freiburg, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Ulm or Reutlingen)

Responsibility for the operational and process-compliant implementation of the processes Availability Management and Capacity Management at Komm.ONE and control of the processes using KPIs further development and continuous optimization of the two processes in coordination with the process owner and representation of the process owner in its absence or prevention Professional leadership of the roller owners directly involved in the process Contact person for the BSI and ISO certification processes Implementation and further development of the processes in the tools provided for this purpose and the coordination and design of interfaces to other ITSM processes and tools

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or comparable studies with IT reference Alternatively, a comparable qualified training with several years of professional experience in the operational implementation of an ITSM process, preferably in capacity and availability management Multiannual experience in IT Service Management Funded knowledge of the ITIL framework, proven by certification (min. ITIL Foundation certification) Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting Self-employed, structured, targeted Power of decision and enforcement Team and communication skills Language level for “German” according to the common European reference framework for languages (GeR) at least level C1
