You lead the hospitality team with clarity, empathy and target orientation. You create a warm and professional welcome feeling for our international and national guests. You are responsible for smooth operations in front office, guest relations, night audit and back office. You are personally present for our guests, advise them and support the individual design of their stay. You take guest feedback and complaints confidently, find suitable solutions and make new enthusiasm from challenges in the best case. Together with your team, you will ensure the high quality and service standards of Schloss Elmau and LQA. You provide reliable information flow, clear briefings and close cooperation with all departments in the Hideaway and Retreat. You have a look for detail and make sure that our public hotel areas are presented at the highest level at all times. You think entrepreneurially – from efficient team leadership and process optimization, guest enthusiasm and guest loyalty to cross-selling.

You are hosts of conviction and feel comfortable where many things happen at the same time. Even in demanding situations, you remain sovereign, attentive and solution-oriented. Ideally you bring: multi-year operational experience in the upscale and/or international hotel industry at least 3 years of leadership experience in front office, guest relations in a comparable or deputy role Passion for personal and individual guest service a natural, sovereign and warm host personality leadership, empathy and joy in developing employees a strong quality awareness and a high demand for details Efforts to make decisions, organisational talent and sense of responsibility entrepreneurial thinking and joy in developing processes actively Pre-experience in a Leading Hotel of the World (LHW) or a comparable international luxury hotel desirable very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are welcome What is particularly important to us We do not seek leadership that defines hospitality exclusively through processes.
