You work in the stationary group service as part of a team with the children and young people living in our housing groups with different conceptual orientations at the age of 6 to 21 years, shaping everyday life with them and advising and accompanying the residents in terms of their topics and concerns. Shiftwork, night-time, weekend and holiday services are not a problem for you. You document your pedagogical work and perform administrative tasks of the young people, especially as part of our reference educational system. You are geared to the objectives of the young people, their interests in help-plan discussions and to third parties, and help children and young people to achieve agreed objectives in the framework of the aid plan. You design the leisure of the girls and boys as part of the participation together with them. You make continuous relationships that endure conflicts and crises and have a good balance between proximity and distance. You have a value-adding, resource- and solution-oriented attitude that allows you to perceive young people with all their shares, take them seriously and support them on their way to a self-responsible and self-determined life.

You will need a study on social education, social workerin, medical educationin or completed training as a state-approved educator*in. Experience in stationary youth assistance is desirable.
