As a team leader (m/w/d) refrigeration and air conditioning technology, you take over the central role in building and developing a new, powerful team from the outset. You bring your technical expertise, leadership and ideas to shape structures, define standards, and align our refrigeration and air conditioning technology in the region with future. Furthermore, you are the central interface between customers, employees and management and ensure that the service/customer service is implemented smoothly, qualitatively and economically. Construction of a new team of refrigeration engineers (m/w/d), including personnel planning and development Coordination of the entire order processing: from planning to execution to acceptance of our services Maintenance, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in industry, new and old construction Planning of systems, material requirements and technical components Ensuring and controlling quality standards, including measurement protocols and documentation clarification of technical questions with customers Commercial project responsibility: supply creation, cost control, scheduling and contractor control In addition, you will alternately participate in the readiness of your team members

Completed training in refrigeration and air conditioning / mechatronics refrigeration technology, ideally with master's degree (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology, preferably with leadership responsibility Good commercial understanding and experience in service/customer service/small plant construction High service orientation, sense of responsibility and pronounced communication strength Structured working and joy in leadership and team development
