You have a degree as Dipl. Social pedagogue, educators with additional qualification (w/m/d) or comparable qualification You have knowledge of the current Kita pedagogy as well as in the field of open pedagogy and interest in inclusive pedagogical work You have a secure handling of administrative activities You have experiences in employee management You have the pleasure of working independently and designing You have an esteeming attitude towards children, families and employees You enjoy working together in a multi-professional team
