As Manager Treasury Financing & M&A (m/w/d) in the central finance sector, you shape the strategic and operational development of our financing structure and accompany funding-relevant topics in the M&A environment. The following exciting tasks await you:

External financing: You are structuring and implementing external financing and optimizing existing financing structures and conditions

Financial Analysis: You analyze financing options and develop financing scenarios in close coordination with your manager and prepare decision templates for senior management in a manner that is addressable and sound

Banking Management: In addition, you’ll be planning and developing a resilient banking network and preparing bank discussions as well as funding alerts and conducting them in coordination with your leadership

Contract design: Your duties also include negotiating and configuring credit agreements, covenants and security structures in close coordination with your leadership and ensuring transparency and taxability of all financing contracts

Internal financing and M&A: In addition, you participate in group-wide control and optimization of internal financing, design an integrated passiva structure for all companies and support M&A transactions by analyzing financing options, structuring transaction financing and financial due diligence

You have successfully completed an economic studies with relevant focus on finance, banking or economics
