In this role you take over the coordination of security specialists at our locations Glatten / Stuttgart / Wolfratshausen Independent coordination of the security specialists in the individual locations Implementation of the occupational safety strategy in cooperation with the group, the works and departments Developing and implementing occupational safety concepts Advising the site managers and responsible persons with regard to occupational safety and accident prevention for all German sites Planning and implementation of missions and audits, verification of occupational safety during operation Implementation of methodological accident studies, training of employees Maintenance of reporting and maintenance of occupational safety indicators

Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety, if necessary. Continuing training for master or technician Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the field of behaviour-based work protection Experience in handling MS Office Strong communicative and social skills Enforcement, resilience and good understanding Good knowledge of English
