This includes: Legal support of projects and measures for corporate financing (e.g. cash pools, credit financing, ratings) Legal advice on M&A transactions and strategic partnerships in Germany, but also in cooperation with the teams at international locations Draft, audit and negotiation of transaction documents (e.g. credit facility agreements, NDAs, LOIs, purchase contracts, shareholder agreements) Control and coordination of external legal advisers and central internal contact person for all legal issues within the framework of financing and M&A projects Advising management in matters of structuring, governance and regulatory requirements Support for integration and carve out processes after completion of a transaction Accompanying company law issues at SE level and its subsidiaries

As (Senior) Legal Counsel Finance & Corporate/M&A Law (m/w/d), you are a member of AUMOVIO's global legal department and, first and foremost, for the legal advice of AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries with the support of M&A projects and financing as well as with questions of corporate law.
