In North Rhine-Westphalia we own and manage a powerful portfolio of around 16,500 residential and commercial units. In addition to our new building projects, our existing properties offer the opportunity to create urgently needed rental living space through re-sealing or roof-mounting. Our team in central inventory management is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of such projects and works efficiently and dynamically in flat hierarchies.

You're moving this with us:

• Own-responsible planning and implementation of maintenance and modernization measures for our residential and commercial properties as well as for large-scale construction projects for a combined stock in Duisburg, Dinslaken and Oberhausen
• Creation of construction schedules, performance directories and participation in performance assignment
• Monitoring of construction projects, performance qualities and deadlines of the contractors
• Monitoring of our existing properties and ensuring safety, health and environmental protection at the construction site
• Support in achieving our climate goals through active cooperation in the energy optimization of the building stock
• Close cooperation with our landlords, housing managers and customer supporters

What we want from you to do together:

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or training as a technician or master (m/w/d) with reference to the housing industry
• First professional experience in the housing industry and the modernization of residential properties
• Good knowledge of building law and relevant technical standards and HOAI are desirable
• Understanding and knowledge of tendering software (e.g. ORCA & iTWO)
• Embossed cost awareness and strategic thinking
• Customer and service provider-oriented work
• Reliable, team-capable and communicative personality as well as enforcement
