The SOS Children's Village e.V.The SOS Children's Village e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit supporter of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.The SOS Children's Village Sauerland supports as a combination of stationary youth aids with a variety of offers in the area of SGB VIII. With around 140 employees, we improve the living situation of many children, young people and families every day. The offer portfolio includes children's village families, differentiated care offers of various housing groups, supervised housing, outpatient flexible assistance, animal-assisted pedagogy, three public daycare centres, two of them with connected family center and child care projects. At the SOS Children's Village in Sauerland, we are looking for an educator (m/w/d) as an integration specialist for our daycare centre part-time to full-time (min. 19 hours/where. - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: In our three daycare centers in Lüdenscheid we accompany and care for children aged two to six years in different forms of care. The two-group Kita Children's Villa offers space for a total of 40 children. In the three-group Kita Pfützenhüpfer, 20 full-day places are available. The single-group Kita Rappelkiste, which is connected to a family centre, also offers 20 full-day places. Our educational work focuses on children with their individual needs, interests and skills. Through professionally sound pedagogical action and a loving, value-assurance accompaniment, our employees create a protected space in which children can discover themselves, their fellow human beings and their environment and unfold their personality. A trusting and partnership with parents is particularly important to us. Our daycare centers therefore not only understand themselves as places of care and education, but also as habitats and places of encounter for children and their families.
