For our central dunning area – pre-judicial dunning in Stuttgart, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) dunning at the next possible date in full time. An important pillar of a successful credit bank are correct dunning procedures. You are subject to the entire processing, including, in particular, the joint solution finding with customers in case of late payment or the preparation of credit announcements. Not least by working with customers and partners, exciting tasks await in a responsible area.

Self-employed and self-responsible portfolio processing as part of the credit and leasing area Predominantly by phone, but also written negotiations with customers and third parties (legal attorneys, authorities etc.) Meeting and monitoring of payment agreements, changes in rates, etc. with the right balance between the interests of the company and understanding the situation of the customer/customer Cooperation with external partners e.g. utilisation of existing securities of all kinds or ordering the seizure, in particular of vehicles Requests for notice to the judicial department
