Operational purchasing and procurement disposition according to global requirements Monitoring of delivery dates and active communication with suppliers in case of delays or deviations Early detection of material bottlenecks and introduction of appropriate countermeasures Continuous and independent adaptation and monitoring of defined MRP and capacity parameters Continuous monitoring of the stock level for a defined supplier portfolio & launch measures to ensure delivery Support for supplier reviews Acquisition of local procurement for indirect materials and services Support Support for local delivery planning Close and trusting cooperation with all internal specialist departments

completed commercial vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience, further training desirable Good experience in operational procurement in a medium-sized company with SAP, international experience desirable Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Good knowledge of German and English Embossed communication, problem-solving and process competence Hands On Mentality especially in interface management and information procurement Responsibility, teamability and resilience
