Planning management

Design the living spaces of the future with us and take the central responsibility for the smooth planning and coordination of demanding building projects. Your mission: You take over the central control of the execution planning of turnkey commercial properties Together with our interdisciplinary planning teams, you manage each project from the first idea to the turnkey handover You keep an overview: You are responsible for the quality of planning, including planning dates and costs Dialogue is your key to success: you regularly conduct planning meetings and Jours fixes with the planning team and the builders : You are responsible for the planning results in the execution phase, including factory and assembly planning, optimize processes and ensure that every detail is correct

You bring relevant professional experience in a similar task, preferably in performance phases 4–7, with You have completed university studies in architecture, civil engineering or in the field of technical building equipment You convince with know-how in the planning and control of turnkey buildings You work in a structured and independent way, communicate convincingly and aimfully and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation Knowledge of BIM planning methods as well as initial Lean Management experience The place is to be occupied in Hamburg or in Bielefeld.
