Keynote Speaker Financing (m/f/d)

You develop and optimise financing strategies and concepts for the Group, projects and investments. The monitoring of contractual obligations arising from financing contracts and the adaptation of existing agreements to modified framework conditions are your responsibility. You accompany the implementation and administration of financial contracts and maintain cooperation with banks, financing partners and investors. You analyse financial markets, financial instruments and capital market developments and derive appropriate financing solutions. You coordinate and control financing activities for corporate and project financing and ensure the financing of corporations. You create meaningful reports and support communication with banks, investors and other stakeholders. You evaluate strategic developments, investments and financing projects through sound financial analyses. You participate in due diligence processes, M&A transactions and special projects. In addition, you will advise on issues relating to financing, capital market and project financing within the Group.

You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on financing, banking or a comparable discipline. You bring professional experience in the financing environment, ideally in the credit or corporate customer support area of a bank or in the financing area of a company. You have a well-founded knowledge of financial markets and bank-based practice in credit business. You have basic legal knowledge in connection with financing contracts and provide a basic understanding of the energy industry. You think analytically and logically and are characterized by entrepreneurial understanding of action. You convince by empathy, communication strength and persuasiveness. Team skills and the joy of working with different internal and external partners are among your strengths.
