Responsible handling of financial and business issues at the MEDIAN GROUP Group level Participation in the monthly group reporting to internal and extracted addressees Interface function in Group Controlling versus the German Clinic Group Compilation, validation and working up of financial and non-financial data within the framework of financing rounds and other special projects of the group Creation of sound analyses, reviews and independent department of action options for board, owners and external partners (e.g. banks) Further development of group-wide planning and reporting processes, including standardization, technical implementation, and integration of newly acquired business ideas Participation in the introduction of sustainability reporting (CSRD)
You have a successfully completed study of economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance/controlling You have several years of professional experience in the central controlling of a group of companies You like to work independently and structured on complex issues and keep an overview despite many details You are versed in using Excel and PowerPoint as well as in dealing with BI tools You have the ability to use AI tools for your own support profitably You will be happy to communicate in English and German - both oral and written
