As a specialist in our construction area, you support the team in the operational everyday business and make sure that the processes in the construction service run smoothly.

System-side care, processing and ensuring the topicality of property-related data / documents Bundling and working up documents for submission to project manager Construction and preparation of negotiations General activities of office communication such as processing of mail, writing emails, telephone correspondence Processing of invoices and orders, monitoring of appointments/representations This place is occupied in parttime (80h/month)

Completed commercial training Experience in real estate High level of readiness and flexibility as well as safe and friendly appearance Self-employed, goal-oriented and result-oriented working methods and a high team capability Good MS Office knowledge
