The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. We are looking for unlimited duration at the next time a specialist (w/m/d) Group E 11 TVöD (Bund) for the area of “Cooperation” with a focus on Bundeswehr in the G.5 “Gremien und Zusammenarbeit – Länder, Kommunen, Hilfsorganisation” at the Bonn office.

Networks – You build professional networks and participate in specialist events in your area of activity (ZMZ). Coordination – You support the management in the cross-departmental coordination of professional positions. In addition, you coordinate external enquiries within the BBK and support specialist departments in strategic cooperation with external partners. Evaluation – You evaluate position papers and other sources in your area of activity. In addition, you support the evaluation of interface effectiveness, support programs and management processes and present your findings. Interface function – You occupy a connecting element to the operating command and other command authorities of the Bundeswehr.

You have successfully completed a (special) university degree (Diplom FH/ Bachelor) in the field of political sciences, administrative sciences or comparable. You have well-founded and multiannual military experience related to the area of responsibility, ideally in the field of civil-military cooperation Ideally, you have already gained professional or voluntary experience in civil and civil protection issues. You quickly adapt to different expectations and needs and have a task-related flexibility. Very good oral and written language skills (German C2 and English B1 according to GER) complete your profile. You are strong in communication and convince by a safe appearance and presentation skills. It is easy for you to establish new contacts and expand existing professional networks. You like to work in the team and bring a strong social competence. Regular service trips in the country are open to you. With exceptional requirements, you are ready to provide services flexibly outside usual working hours. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organisation.
