Your duties Organization and further development: take responsibility for our training and development programs and continuously expand them Conception and implementation: Develop and accompany tailor-made training opportunities for managers and employees Coordination and cooperation: Close coordination with internal interfaces and external training partners Training Management: Planning, organisation and support of our training opportunities at WISAG Bildungshaus Advice and support: Contact persons for our locations in all questions about personnel development and training Evaluation and improvement: Analysis of existing offers and implementation of new needs-oriented measures

Qualification: completed studies, e.g. in BWL with a focus on personnel or economic psychology Experience in personnel development: Ideally in an industrial or service-oriented environment Structure and Creativity: Joy in developing concepts and implementing them in practice Team spirit and communication: Open, appreciation cooperation with colleagues, colleagues and executives Engagement and self-initiative: enthusiasm for promoting projects and taking responsibility Secure handling of MS Office: routine in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
