Debitor accounting and accounting Creating, shipping and managing customer bills in NetSuite, including managing multiple customer billing sports. Professional communication with customers to solve payment problems. Processing of bank transactions Processing of daily banking transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments. Implementation of bank agreements and investigation of disagreements. Management of accurate and timely financial documents. General support in accounting Support for the monthly closing work. Supporting the financial team in ad hoc reports and administrative tasks. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting principles.

Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies (Associate Degree/Bachelor) with a focus on business management, accounting or a comparable qualification. 3–4 years of experience required in general accounting. 3–5 years of experience in accounting/in accounting. Experience in handling NetSuite (of advantage). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, preferably in C1 level or better. Knowledge in the fields of accounting, debitor accounting and credit control. Confidence with dunning procedures and structured collection workflows. Experience in the processing of bank transactions and accounting. High detail accuracy and pronounced organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel).
