IFLb - Laboratoriumsmedizin Berlin GmbH is a medical specialist laboratory in Berlin, which has been offering laboratory medical services for established human physicians, dentists and nursing homes for over 35 years. Our practice works closely with laboratory communities in Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as well as with renowned partners. Since 2024, the IFLb has been part of the Medicover laboratory group.

Note: The adjustment is made to our cooperation laboratory community, the United Berliner Laborgemeinschaft (VbL).

The place is provided in full time (40 hours/week).

Conducting clinical chemistry studies in the fully automated laboratory Operation, monitoring and technical support of modern analysis equipment Sample preparation, quality controls and plausibility checks Method calibration and technical validation of the results Technical approval of findings in the framework of standardized processes Operation of the laboratory information system (LIS) and digital documentation

Completed MTL/MTLA training or recognised foreign degree with professional permission according to MTA law Ideally experience in clinical chemistry and/or with automated laboratory analysis systems Technical understanding and interest in innovative laboratory processes team capacity, sense of responsibility and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation in shiftwork; Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 21:30 (guided time, no weekend or holiday service) Careful, structured functioning and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)

Indefinite contract with regulated working hours: Monday to Friday – no weekend work, no night services Special payment in May and November 30 days of annual leave and free of charge on 24.12. and 31.12.
