♪ Your future task:

• receiving and receiving fault messages and requests from the entire plant
• Communication via building control, e-mail and telephone in the customer's CAFM system
• Creating, classifying, forwarding, closing and post-control of interference tickets
• Compliance with defined processes and standards in the CAFM system
• Ensuring an interdisciplinary flow of information
• Reporting to customers and specialist planners

Your profile for the Service Disponent (m/w/d) office in the automotive industry 2nd layer:

• Completed training in the technical/commercial field (e.g. mechatronics, plant mechanics, electronics)
• First experience in facility management/building technology of advantage
• Good PC knowledge, MS Office; Knowledge of SAP or CAFM programs desirable
• Class 3/B licence required
• customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Ability to work according to process requirements
• Self-employed and earnings-oriented work with readiness to learn
• readiness for shiftwork
• Good expression in oral and written communication
• Friendly, accommodating, but certain appearance, even in stressful situations
